TERMS OF SERVICE

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

These terms specify conditions for use of web production and related services (hereinafter “the Service E provided by our company. Users agree to these terms before using the Service.

Article 2 (Service Content)

We provide planning, design, coding, maintenance, and operational support for websites. Specific content is specified in separate contracts or estimates.

Article 3 (Prohibited Matters)

Users are prohibited from the following: Acts violating laws or public order, acts infringing our or third party rights (intellectual property, portrait rights, privacy, etc.), acts disturbing operation of the Service, providing false information, or other acts deemed inappropriate by our company.

Article 4 (Copyright)

Copyright of deliverables produced through the Service belongs to us unless otherwise specified in a separate contract. However, usage rights after delivery are transferred to the user.

Article 5 (Confidentiality)

Both parties must not disclose confidential information obtained in connection with the Service to third parties.

Article 6 (Fees and Payment)

Fees are to be paid by the specified date based on estimates or contracts. Delay may incur late payment charges.

Article 7 (Suspension or Termination of Service)

We may temporarily suspend or terminate the Service in the following cases: Force majeure such as natural disasters, accidents, or system failures, or when service continuation becomes difficult due to user violation of terms.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

We are not responsible for damages arising from the use of the Service unless caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 9 (Termination of Contract)

If either party violates these terms, the contract may be terminated in writing.

Article 10 (Source Code Protection / Obfuscation)

We may protect (hereinafter “code obfuscation E some or all source code used in websites or applications by obfuscation, encryption, API conversion, etc., when providing the Service.The purpose of code obfuscation is to enhance security for users and to protect our intellectual property rights. Users agree not to analyze obfuscated code by decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, etc. Users understand and agree that our code obfuscation serves the following purposes.

• Protection of intellectual property rights and prevention of unauthorized copying, modification, or use by third parties
• Ensuring quality and stable operation of the Service
• Reducing security risks and preventing information leaks

Users agree not to disclose, transfer, lend, or sell any or all source code provided via code obfuscation to third parties without our prior written consent. Detailed technical information or methods related to code obfuscation will be determined at our discretion, and we are not obligated to notify users. This provision remains effective even after the Service contract ends.

Anti-Social Forces Policy

Article 1 (Basic Policy)

We take a firm stance against anti-social forces and do not have any relations with them.

Article 2 (Prohibition of Transactions)

We prohibit any transactions with anti-social forces.

Article 3 (Provision of Information)

We provide information on anti-social forces to the appropriate authorities.

Article 4 (Termination of Contract)

If a relationship with anti-social forces is found, we will immediately terminate the contract.

Article 5 (Legal Compliance)

We comply with laws concerning anti-social forces and respond appropriately.
