"BY MYSIDE" is the development project for "digital secretary" AI targeting people living busy daily lives. The project aims to build an integrated interface that allows intuitive and seamless operation of various services on smartphones such as Gmail, Calendar, and Maps without leaving a single chat screen. This project adheres to a complete web-based architecture, adopting a design accessible only through browsers without installation. It realizes an innovative hybrid SaaS model that balances the privacy protection of local AI with the convenience of online services.

This project began with the desire to support users who want to efficiently utilize digital tools in their busy daily lives. In particular, the effort of switching between many apps to check and operate information has become a significant burden. Therefore, we arrived at the concept of the AI assistant "KEIKO (name of prototype)" that can complete daily tasks (schedule management, email checking, route searching, etc.) through natural dialogue and simple talent key operations, just like asking a secretary.

We prioritize user experience and proceed with development based on the following design principles.
- Talent Key-Centric UI: To prevent ambiguous recognition errors in general conversation, a talent key-centered interface that provides easy access to major functions without needing to memorize complex commands ([Normal][Search][Drive][Maps][Schedule][Weather][Email][Minutes][New Email], etc.)
- Dual Input System: Implementation of two methods - talent key + voice input and talent key + text input, enabling flexible operations even during busy times

Project BY MYSIDE is deliberately designed as a local-centric AI service, enabling deeper AI operations that are only possible through this approach. With the mission of eliminating the digital divide while maximizing respect for user privacy, all confidential information processing is completed in the user's local environment. Online management handles only service usage rights and feature activation. Through three core authentication systems - Agent License Token, Talent Key Definition Files, and Hybrid Orchestration - we realize the innovative architecture of "AI brain locally, keys in the cloud." This hybrid approach provides users with peace of mind while building a sustainable business model as SaaS.

This site was the original corporate website created at the founding of THINK DESIGN—a milestone project that pioneered our technical and creative direction. Built as a Single Page Application (SPA), it featured seamless navigation and dynamic content switching, with full support for four languages (Japanese, English, Hindeese, Thai) via JSON-based management. This approach enabled a global-ready, highly interactive user experience far beyond traditional static sites.
The most distinctive feature was its custom menu-linked slider UI, which directly inspired the later development of our flagship SaaS product, ANTI SWIPER. Unlike ordinary carousels, this slider offered a unique, interactive navigation experience tightly integrated with the site's structure. Despite being a SPA, all routing, animation, multilingual switching, and content management were handled entirely on the frontend, resulting in a lightweight yet powerful solution.

The site also set a high bar for design, animation, accessibility, and performance optimization—demonstrating technical excellence that stood out among corporate sites of its era. Although it was retired to align with the new branding introduced alongside ANTI SWIPER, this project remains a symbol of THINK DESIGN's spirit of innovation and technical ambition, and marks the origin of our next-generation product line.

This project represents the foundation of THINK DESIGN's technical excellence and innovation spirit. The custom slider technology developed for this site became the cornerstone of our flagship SaaS product ANTI SWIPER, demonstrating how internal projects can evolve into successful commercial products. Although retired, this site remains a testament to our commitment to pushing the boundaries of web technology and user experience design.
The site was ultimately retired to align branding with the launch of ANTI SWIPER and transition to our current corporate identity. However, the production concept and technical implementation were exceptional, featuring an overwhelming level of sophistication despite its SPA architecture. The underlying mechanisms and technical approach represented a level of innovation that was truly ahead of its time.

Created websites for restaurants and food-related companies, balancing branding and customer acquisition with visually appealing design. Specialized in mobile-era campaign systems and interactive promotional events.
Featured Project: Pepperidge Farm Off-Style Campaign
During the feature phone era, we developed a lightweight device-based serial
lottery
event system. Campaign stickers with embedded serial numbers were attached to
Pepperidge
Farm products, enabling instant on-site lottery draws. Winners received original
tote
bags
(shipped later), while non-winners got original wallpapers compatible with various
device
models.
Following Campbell Japan's brief, we handled the entire project from campaign format and design to lottery system mechanics and campaign execution. We conducted testing across dozens of feature phone models using rental booths. This successful first campaign led to it becoming a regular promotional format for the company due to positive response and sales results.
